What does “temple certified” mean?
Every idol and ritual vessel is taken to the artisan family's origin temple for prana pratishtha before it is packed. The certificate travels in the box.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Yes — until the parcel is packed. Write to info@serinity.net with your order number and we will stop it. Once shipped, our returns policy applies.
Which payment methods do you accept?
UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking and wallets — all through Razorpay. Cash on delivery is available on orders under ₹10,000.
Is my payment secure?
Payments are processed entirely by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified gateway. We never see or store your card details.
Are your pieces machine made?
No. Every piece is hand-cast, hand-raised or hand-rolled by named artisan families. The artisan is credited on each product page.
How do I care for brass?
A dry cotton cloth after use, and a tamarind-and-salt polish twice a year. Never use commercial metal polish on an antique patina.
