Orders
What does “temple certified” mean?
Every idol and ritual vessel is taken to the artisan family's origin temple for prana pratishtha before it is packed. The certificate travels in the box.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Yes — until the parcel is packed. Write to info@serinity.net with your order number and we will stop it. Once shipped, our returns policy applies.
Payment
Which payment methods do you accept?
UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking and wallets — all through Razorpay. Cash on delivery is available on orders under ₹10,000.
Is my payment secure?
Payments are processed entirely by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified gateway. We never see or store your card details.
Products
Are your pieces machine made?
No. Every piece is hand-cast, hand-raised or hand-rolled by named artisan families. The artisan is credited on each product page.
How do I care for brass?
A dry cotton cloth after use, and a tamarind-and-salt polish twice a year. Never use commercial metal polish on an antique patina.
Returns
What is your returns policy?
Seven days from delivery for unused items in original packaging. Consecrated idols and opened incense cannot be returned for reasons of ritual purity, unless damaged in transit.
Something arrived damaged. What now?
Photograph the parcel and the piece and email us within 48 hours. We replace or refund in full, and we arrange the pickup ourselves.

How long does delivery take?
Silk-wrapped parcels reach anywhere in India in 2–4 working days. Metro addresses are usually next-day once the parcel leaves our Bengaluru studio. International orders take 7–12 working days.
Is delivery free?
Delivery is complimentary on every order above ₹2,500. Below that a flat ₹99 applies anywhere in India.
