These terms govern your use of this website and any order you place through it. By browsing or buying, you accept them. They sit alongside our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.

Serinity is operated from Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract forms only when we confirm the order by email.

We may decline or cancel an order — with a full refund — if the piece has sold out, if a price was listed in error, if we cannot verify the payment, or if we cannot deliver to the address given.

Every piece is handmade. Small variations in colour, grain, patina and finish are inherent to the work and are not defects.

All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST at the applicable rate. Delivery is charged separately unless the order qualifies for complimentary delivery.

Payments are processed by Razorpay and support UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking and wallets. Cash on delivery is available on qualifying orders. We do not see or store your card details.

If a price is displayed incorrectly due to a technical error, we will contact you before dispatch and you may cancel for a full refund.

Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Risk passes to you on delivery. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

Unused pieces may be returned within seven days of delivery in their original packaging. Consecrated idols and opened incense cannot be returned for reasons of ritual purity, unless they arrived damaged. See the Refund Policy for the full terms.

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you believe it has been compromised.

We may suspend an account used for fraud, abuse of our staff, or repeated non-acceptance of delivered parcels.

Reviews are read by our studio before publication. We may decline anything abusive, off-topic, or not about a piece we sell — but we do not remove a review simply for being critical.

By posting a review you grant us a non-exclusive right to display it on this site.

All photography, text, design and the Serinity name belong to us or to our artisan partners. You may not reproduce them commercially without written permission.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud where the law does not permit such limitation.

Otherwise, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Ritual guidance published on this site is offered in good faith and in collaboration with practising priests. It is cultural and devotional in nature, not medical or legal advice.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
