Privacy Policy

We collect only what is needed to send you a parcel and keep your account working:

• Identity and contact — your name, email address, phone number and delivery address.
• Order information — what you bought, when, the amount paid and the delivery status.
• Account information — a securely hashed password, saved addresses and your wishlist.
• Technical information — IP address, browser type and pages viewed, used to keep the site secure and working.

We do not collect or store your card number, CVV or UPI PIN. Those go directly to Razorpay, our payment processor.

Your information is used to fulfil your order, provide customer support, prevent fraud, and — only if you have opted in — send you the Serinity Letter.

We never sell your data. We never share it with advertisers or data brokers.

Only the partners we need to complete your order:

• Razorpay — processes payments. Governed by their own privacy policy and PCI-DSS Level 1 certification.
• Courier partners — receive your name, address and phone number so they can deliver the parcel.
• Our hosting provider — stores the site and its database.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

We use a small number of cookies, and none of them are for advertising:

• Session cookie — keeps you signed in and remembers your bag. Strictly necessary.
• Remember-me cookie — only set if you tick that box at sign-in, and cleared when you sign out.
• Analytics — if enabled, anonymised page-view statistics. You can block these in your browser without affecting the site.

Passwords are stored as bcrypt hashes — we cannot read them, and neither could anyone who obtained the database. All database access uses prepared statements, all form submissions carry CSRF tokens, and session cookies are HTTP-only.

No system is perfect. If we ever discover a breach affecting your data, we will tell you promptly and directly.

Order and invoice records are kept for eight years, as Indian tax law requires. Account information is kept until you ask us to delete it. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.

You can ask us at any time to:

• Send you a copy of the data we hold about you
• Correct anything that is wrong
• Delete your account and personal data, except records we must keep for tax purposes
• Stop sending you the newsletter — every issue has a one-click unsubscribe link

This store is not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

If we make a material change we will update the date at the top of this page and, where the change affects you meaningfully, email account holders directly.
