Shipping Policy

Orders are packed at our Bengaluru studio, usually within one working day.

• Metro cities — 2 working days from dispatch
• Rest of India — 3–4 working days
• Remote and north-eastern PIN codes — 5–7 working days
• International — 7–12 working days, plus customs clearance

Made-to-order and numbered edition pieces carry their own lead time, stated on the product page. Festival weeks are busier than usual and can add a day.

Delivery is complimentary on every order above ₹ 2,500. Below that, a flat ₹ 0 applies anywhere in India.

International shipping is quoted at checkout by destination and parcel weight. Any customs duty or import tax is payable by the recipient — it is not included in our price.

Every piece is wrapped in unbleached muslin, cushioned with recycled kraft, and boxed. Idols and vessels travel in a rigid double-wall carton. Nothing is packed in single-use plastic.

Gift orders are wrapped in raw silk and tied with gold thread, with your message written by hand on a letterpress card. There is no charge for this — just add your words at checkout.

You will receive a tracking number by email the moment your parcel leaves the studio. Signed-in customers can also follow it under My orders. Guests can use the link in their confirmation email.

Our courier partners attempt delivery up to three times before returning a parcel to us. Add a landmark and an alternate phone number at checkout to reduce failed attempts.

If a parcel comes back to us undelivered, we will refund the order less the return shipping cost, or re-dispatch it at your request.

Photograph the outer box and the piece, and email us within 48 hours of delivery. We replace or refund in full and arrange the pickup ourselves — there is no cost to you and no argument about it.

We can change the delivery address any time before the parcel is packed. Write to us with your order number as soon as you can. Once it is with the courier, the address is fixed.
